Warranty

responde is responsible design.  Designing responsibly means building product to last.  Our products are engineered to be strong and durable.  We consider constant daily use of commercial environments during our design and material specification process.  Each piece is then built to ensure it will live through rigorous use and continue to perform.  Our pieces are not the bulkiest body on the block because our theory is elegance and performance don't require bulking up. Sustain and Jug lines are certainly sustainable under lively conditions and perform as intended to, as beautifully strong furniture.  

Our finish has one year warranty and a three year warranty on the frame structure.

All products should be properly cared for and maintained.  Do not use harsh nor abrasive materials on furniture.   For wood surfaces liquids should not sit stagnant for extended periods of time.  Do not place hot items directly onto the surface. 

Warranty is limited and covers manufacturing defects incurred with normal use and proper maintenance.  Damage due to improper use or maintenance is not covered.  Product will be repaired or replaced at manufacturer's discretion.  All returns require Return Authorization.
